These Terms apply when you use the RIDBUSTERS website, including its public content, password-protected HQ, fictional character pages, investigations, riddles and AI character chat.

1. About RIDBUSTERS

RIDBUSTERS™ is an original fictional adventure and educational project created by Pavlo Hurskyi.

The website contains fictional characters, stories, investigations, puzzles, educational material and interactive experiences.

RIDBUSTERS is not currently a social network and does not provide personal user accounts or user-to-user messaging.

2. HQ access

Some parts of the website are protected by a password.

The HQ password grants access to protected RIDBUSTERS content. It does not create a personal account, subscription, ownership right or permanent entitlement.

Do not bypass access controls, interfere with the website, extract protected content at scale or disrupt the experience for other visitors.

RIDBUSTERS may change or withdraw HQ access where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance or project development.

3. AI character chat

Some RIDBUSTERS characters are available through AI-powered chat.

These characters are fictional and AI-generated. They are not real people.

AI replies can be inaccurate, incomplete or fictional. Do not rely on an AI character for medical, legal, financial, emergency or other high-stakes decisions.

Do not submit:

• passwords or security codes;
• a home address or exact live location;
• school or classroom details;
• financial or payment information;
• highly sensitive private information;
• private information about another person that you do not have the right to share.

If you are a younger visitor and something in a conversation worries, confuses or upsets you, stop the conversation and speak with a trusted adult.

4. Acceptable use

You may use RIDBUSTERS for personal, non-commercial entertainment, reading and educational purposes.

You must not:

• attempt to hack, damage, overload or disable the website;
• introduce malware or malicious code;
• scrape, copy or systematically download substantial portions of the site;
• impersonate RIDBUSTERS, its creator or its characters in a misleading way;
• remove copyright, trademark or attribution notices;
• use the service to harass, threaten, exploit or violate another person’s privacy;
• submit unlawful material through interactive features;
• use protected RIDBUSTERS material to build a competing commercial AI character, model, dataset or product without permission, except where applicable law expressly permits the use.

5. Intellectual property

RIDBUSTERS™, its original characters, names, world-building, stories, text, illustrations, logos, investigations, riddles, dialogue, website presentation and other original creative material are protected by applicable intellectual-property law.

Access to the website does not transfer intellectual-property rights to the visitor.

Sharing ordinary links to publicly accessible RIDBUSTERS pages is welcome.

Commercial reproduction, adaptation, merchandising, publication, redistribution, licensing, dataset creation or creation of commercial derivative products requires prior permission unless applicable law expressly provides otherwise.

6. Feedback and ideas

Visitors are welcome to send feedback, suggestions and ideas by email.

Unless separately agreed in writing:

• you retain ownership of original material you submit;
• RIDBUSTERS may read, evaluate and use ordinary feedback to improve the project;
• sending an unsolicited idea does not create a confidential, employment, agency, partnership or compensation relationship;
• do not send confidential third-party information or material you do not have permission to share.

If RIDBUSTERS wishes to commercially develop a substantial original concept submitted by another person, appropriate rights and terms should be agreed separately where required.

7. Third-party links

RIDBUSTERS may link to independent third parties such as booksellers, media platforms or external resources.

RIDBUSTERS does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, content, terms or privacy practices.

8. Availability and changes

RIDBUSTERS is an evolving project.

Features, investigations, characters, HQ content and AI functionality may be changed, updated, temporarily unavailable or discontinued.

Continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed.

9. Educational nature and no professional advice

RIDBUSTERS may contain educational and fact-checking material, but it is primarily an adventure and learning experience.

Website content and AI-generated replies must not be treated as professional legal, medical, financial, psychological, emergency or other regulated advice.

Where factual accuracy matters outside the fictional experience, information should be checked against reliable independent sources.

10. Responsibility

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, RIDBUSTERS is not responsible for indirect losses arising solely from reliance on fictional material, AI-generated replies, temporary technical failures or independent third-party services.

11. Children and families

RIDBUSTERS is designed to be understandable and enjoyable for younger audiences.

Children are not required to disclose personal information to access ordinary content.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to review the AI & Child Safety page and discuss safe AI use with younger visitors.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Netherlands, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that may apply under the law of their country of residence.

Mandatory European Union consumer and data-protection rules remain unaffected.

13. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated as RIDBUSTERS develops.

The latest version and revision date will be available on this page.
