RIDBUSTERS™ is an original creative and intellectual-property project created by Pavlo Hurskyi.
1. Protected material
Unless otherwise stated, original RIDBUSTERS material is owned or controlled by Pavlo Hurskyi / RIDBUSTERS, including:
- the RIDBUSTERS™ name and branding;
- original characters, character names, biographies and designs;
- fictional world-building and story material;
- original book-related text lawfully published on the website;
- original illustrations, graphics and visual assets;
- investigations, riddles, missions and interactive scenarios;
- original dialogue and character scripts;
- logos, badges and interface artwork;
- original website copy and editorial material.
Third-party trademarks, photographs, quotations and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.
2. Personal use
Visitors may access and enjoy the website for personal and non-commercial purposes.
You may share ordinary links to publicly accessible RIDBUSTERS pages.
You may not republish substantial protected text, illustrations or other protected RIDBUSTERS content as your own.
3. Commercial use and licensing
Prior written permission is required before using RIDBUSTERS intellectual property for commercial purposes such as:
- merchandise;
- commercial publishing;
- film, television or animation;
- games and commercial apps;
- robot or AI-character products;
- advertising or brand campaigns;
- commercial educational products;
- licensing programmes;
- substantial commercial derivative works.
4. AI, automated access and datasets
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RIDBUSTERS reserves its rights in relation to automated extraction, text and data mining, dataset creation, model training and similar uses of protected RIDBUSTERS material.
Unless permission has been granted or applicable law expressly provides otherwise, RIDBUSTERS content may not be systematically scraped or assembled for the purpose of:
- training or fine-tuning a commercial AI model;
- building a commercial dataset;
- cloning protected character personalities, designs or voices;
- creating a competing commercial chatbot, character or interactive product.
RIDBUSTERS may also use machine-readable measures to express or enforce applicable reservations of rights.
5. Trademark notice
RIDBUSTERS™ is used as a brand identifier for the RIDBUSTERS project.
The RIDBUSTERS name, logo or confusingly similar branding must not be used in a way that falsely suggests an official relationship, sponsorship or endorsement.
6. Reporting infringement
If you believe material on the website infringes your copyright or another intellectual-property right, email contact@ridbusters.com and provide:
- your name and contact details;
- identification of the protected work;
- identification of the material complained of;
- the relevant website URL;
- an explanation of your rights or authority to act;
- enough information for the issue to be reviewed.
Subject: IP / Copyright Notice
Credible notices will be reviewed and appropriate action will be taken where required.
